Delete your account

You can delete your CN Quotation Maker account and all its data at any time, for free. Choose one of the two ways below.

In the appMy business → Delete account. Immediate.By email[email protected]. Done within 7 days.

Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest way. Your account is deleted immediately.

  1. Open CN Quotation Maker and sign in.
  2. Go to the My business tab.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
  4. Check the list of what will be deleted and tap I understand. Delete everything.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code we send to your mobile number or email to confirm.

You will see “Your account is deleted”, and all app data on that phone is erased.

Delete your account without the app

If you no longer have the app or your phone, ask us by email:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”.
  2. Send it from the email address on your account, or include the mobile number you sign in with. We may send a code to that number or email to confirm that the account is yours.

We will delete the account and confirm by email within 7 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • your account and the mobile numbers and email addresses you sign in with;
  • your business details, logo and the photos of your work;
  • your items, rates, material and labour rates, payment terms and written terms;
  • all your quotations, including your customers’ names, numbers and site addresses;
  • all sign-in sessions and codes, so every phone is signed out.

This cannot be undone. We cannot recover a deleted account.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Backups: encrypted backups of our database, and earlier copies of deleted photos, are gone within 30 days. Until then, deleted data stays only in these backups and is not used.
  • Technical logs: basic server logs (such as IP address and time) are kept for a short time for security, then deleted.
  • Quotations you already sent stay with your customers, for example in their WhatsApp. We cannot delete those.
  • We keep data longer only if the law requires it, and only for that purpose.

Delete some data without deleting your account

  • A quotation: delete it from the Quotations tab.
  • Business details, logo, items and terms: edit or remove them in the My business tab.
  • Data on one phone: log out from My business → Account. This erases the app data on that phone. Your account stays.
